Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, account activity, messages, reports, and any transaction decisions they make. Listings must describe real items or services honestly. Accounts may not be used to impersonate others, misrepresent inventory, or circumvent marketplace policies.

Fraud, abuse, impersonation, dangerous items, misleading content, and attempts to bypass safety controls do not belong on Zubbah. Users who violate these principles may have their listings removed, accounts restricted, or access terminated depending on the severity and frequency of the violation.

Zubbah may review listings, reports, messages, and account activity to protect users and maintain marketplace quality. We reserve the right to remove content, restrict accounts, or deny access to anyone who violates these terms or whose behaviour poses a risk to the marketplace community.
